01. Controller and contact

Newman Power Alliance Canada LTD is responsible for personal information processed through this website. Registered address: 611–615 Inglewood Park SE, Calgary, AB T2G 3W9, Canada. For privacy questions or rights requests, contact northamerica@newman.re. Identify the brand and website concerned.

02. Scope and information processed

This notice covers the Astranova Capital public website and application portal. The portal processes account and contact information, project and collaborator profiles, business records, documents, construction evidence and financial records supplied by authorized users. Assistants process the questions and documents provided to prepare drafts; they do not approve credit, contracts or payments. The infrastructure also processes technical connection information to deliver and protect the service.

03. Why we use information

We use information you submit to respond to enquiries, assess requests and provide services you request. Where applicable, we also use it to manage accounts, orders and payments, protect the website, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Required form fields identify information needed to handle a request. Do not include sensitive data, identity documents or unnecessary information about other people.

04. Your choices

You may browse public information without submitting a request. Additional information you share is voluntary. A contact request is not blanket consent to advertising: you may object to commercial communications or request restrictions through the privacy contact. Withdrawing consent may prevent us from continuing a service that needs that information; we will explain the effect and any applicable retention obligations.

05. Service providers and international processing

Hosting, databases and files use DigitalOcean; Cloudflare helps deliver and protect the website. Google processes sign-in when you choose that option, and some pages use Google Fonts. Assistants use the Anthropic API to process information needed for the requested task. Signing, WhatsApp and payment features, when configured, use Mifiel, Twilio or Fintoc and require their specific authorizations. Processing may occur outside your country depending on the contracted service location. Providers and linked websites have their own notices. Accepting this notice does not by itself authorize a contract, message or movement of funds.

06. Cookies and browser storage

Necessary cookies maintain your account session and protect authentication flows. Local storage remembers preferences such as language and privacy. You may manage them in your browser; disabling necessary items may prevent sign-in or affect portal features. This migration does not introduce advertising trackers.

07. Retention and security

We retain information while handling the request or relationship that originated it and subsequently as necessary for legal, accounting or rights-related obligations. You may ask about the period applicable to your case and request deletion where appropriate. We use access controls and safeguards appropriate to the processing; no transmission or system eliminates all risk.

08. Access, correction and other rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, cancellation or deletion, object to processing, restrict use or withdraw consent. Write to the privacy contact with your name, a reply channel, the website concerned and a description of your request. Do not attach government identification to your initial message: if identity or representation must be verified, we will specify a proportionate request and channel. We will respond within applicable statutory periods and explain any legal limitations.

09. Questions and complaints

You may contact us first using the privacy address. You may also complain to the data protection authority responsible for your case, including the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the relevant provincial authority, or the authority competent under current Mexican law. This does not restrict rights available in your jurisdiction. OPC Canada · OIPC Alberta.

10. Children

This website is directed to adults and representatives of organizations. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, please notify the privacy contact so we can review and address it.

11. Changes to this notice

The current version will be published at this address with its update date. Changes of purpose requiring further information or consent will be communicated through appropriate channels.
